Over-seeding with Beneficial Compost

Steps & Procedures:

• Mow existing measured lawn areas as short as possible.
• De-thatch lawn areas.
• Haul all debris off site.
• Core aerate lawn areas and spread seed.
• Spread rich compost at a rate of one cubic yard per 1,000 Sq. Ft.
• Roll lawn areas with properly weighted roller to ensure proper seed to soil contact.

These are our installation steps:

• We begin by removing all of your old lawn, rocks, weeds and any other debris.
• Spread rich compost at a rate of one cubic yard per 1,000 Sq. Ft.
• Rake and fine grade the surface to smooth uneven areas.
• Lay the rolls of sod and make cuts around landscape beds, walkways, patios etc.
• Final step – water the sod in.
